Who shoud attend Training?

Anyone who will be using Voalte, managing Voalte users, or managing Voalte equipment.

Voalte One

• Staff using Voalte on a mobile device, staff supervising mobile device users or equipment
  (common roles: RN, PCT, Lab staff, Physician, NP, PA)]

Voalte SuperUser (No commitment other than extra class time and a willingness to help)

• A tech-savvy user familiar with smartphone usage who will act as a ‘go-to’ for user questions on the unit
• Ideally at least one SuperUser per unit, per shift (usually = about 10%)

Voalte Messenger

• Staff communicating via a desktop client (text only)
  [Define roles or set a date for defining roles (common: UC, Pharm, Admin, Social Workers)

Voalte Me

• The staff that work inside and outside of the hospital that will use the Voalte Me application on their personal or hospital issued smartphone
