PIC / Smartcare Service

We have begun the process of migrating the Partners in Care (PIC) programs to SmartCare / SmartCare Plus. All PIC programs remain in place and will gradually be replaced with new agreements under the Hillrom SmartCare segment.

Partners in Care Entitlement Pricelist

A Partners in Care Service Agreement with Hillrom includes access to our priority phone line which puts PIC customers in a special call queue for tech Support.                   

If a customer calls in on the regular 800#, and you confirm they have a PIC service agreement, you may give them the priority phone number to use for future calls for that device.                             

The PIC priority phone number is 866-422-2220 option 2.

For customer questions about billing or renewal of their PIC Agreement transfer them to the ASA line (Xfer-SKF-ASA-Hi-E), if unavailable email the customer information to [email protected] This mailbox is monitored daily.  

PIC Contract Activation:

1) Best option: Refer customer to welchallyn.com:  Partners in Care Contract Activation  Customer may self-serve to activate.

2) Refer to Xfer-SKF-ASA-Hi-E (or email customer info to [email protected] )
