Propaq Encore: All Propaq Encore Serial Numbers are still being serviced

End of Sales for MS / DS (Mainstream and Dualstream options) - July 2013

· We can repair Sidestream C02 (limited boards are available- first come first serve)

o Side Stream accessories/sensors are available through Covidien

· We can repair Mainstream C02 – however there are no replacement mainstream sensors (008-0502-01) available. If the customer needs their mainstream sensor replaced, we are not able to provide a replacement.

Internal Only: We are obligated to service the German Army per our contractual agreement up to December 31 2019. So we need to conserve existing CO2 mainstream sensor for this customer only - Service department is aware of this need.
