Summary: The TAA Home Scale model is dedicated for VA contracts and scannable serial numbers are a hard requirement for VA customers. The current label applied to TAA scale is lot coded, not serialized. The device label was modified to eliminate the LOT number and be replaced with a Serial Number (SN).
